Then place and mold the wheat bag into your neck and shoulders, consequently, the heat will soothe aches, pains, and tension in the shoulder and neck area while you continue with your day’s tasks. To use the Pennywise Neck Wheatbag 2.0 as a cold pack, place the wheat bag into the freezer for at least 45 minutes.
